Free FTP Client
If your thinking about buying a FTP client or some type of FTP software, please don’t. There are many free ftp client software programs online that you can download and use for free.
I persoanlly use FireFTP, a add-on for firefox, and it does all my uploads and downloads without any problems.
You just need a freeware ftp program that works, and one such program that I use when I have big file or many files to transfer is FileZilla, you can download the FileZilla client from http://filezilla-project.org/
Just pick a free ftp client, and make sure you understand and like the interface.
